Keeping a blog and keeping it current are not always one and the same, but once in a while you find reason to remember why you started one. Last fall I had the opportunity to be interviewed on PBS as part of a story they were doing on the job search, and one of my co-interviewers shared some insight from his many years as a recruiter.
